Fit4life Group and Parkrun

On Saturday next, 13th Feb., our Fit4life group will be taking part in the Shanganagh Parkrun. We would like to see all our Fit4life group take part. We would also ask all other athletes, if possible, to come along and support the group and help them achieve their goal times. Pacers, 24 to 30mins, would be a great help, or just run with the group. Club colours to be worn.
