Coaching philosophy: To help runners of any standard to reach their goals whether competitive or lifestyle oriented, to make running part of their lives through consistent and doable training that builds fitness and confidence and a enjoyment of running that will last a lifetime.
Goals for club: To create an environment where any runner no matter what their standard feels comfortable and where everyone supports each other in achieving those goals.
Our Club was founded in 1983 primarily as a marathon running club, however over the years we have introduced a juvenile section and cover a wide range of athletic disciplines.
