Joe Gough Master Class

We had a fantastic session Saturday 6th April with world champion Joe Gough leading our master class in middle distance running. Joe’s session was fabulous and got all of us doing things we didn’t think we could do. It was clear that Joe keeps things very simple, but what he does do, he does skillfully, thoroughly and properly. Thanks so much Joe, you’re a legend and a gentleman. Really enjoyed the Q&A after too.
