Malahide Parkrun
A note from Bill,
Parkrun is a great inititiative and always a good opportunity to practice racing, have a good tempo workout, or just go for an all out race effort. Full details at www.parkrun.ie

On Thursday 22nd August we will hold our Club 5k C/Ships, in Shanganagh, with a race start time of 7pm. Registration from 6.30. We hope as many athletes as possible will make themselves available to compete in this prestigious event. Juveniles are very welcome and may race over our 3k course instead of the 5k. The overall winner of the mens and ladies race (senior athletes) will be declared Club Champions 2013. Similar will apply to juveniles. Winners will also be declared in all the usual age categories.
Short notice, we know, but why not come along and meet your fellow club members and maybe we can turn this into a bigger and better event in the years to come.

Our Club was founded in 1983 primarily as a marathon running club, however over the years we have introduced a juvenile section and cover a wide range of athletic disciplines.
