3x5x90 seconds with reducing recoveries 90,60,30 & 15 second

 

Thursday 

Hill session. 5 x 90sec hills @ 5K Pace, 5 x 60sec hills @ 5K Pace.

2×400m 1×800m 1×1600 1×800 2×400 with recoveries

Our Club was founded in 1983 primarily as a marathon running club, however over the years we have introduced a juvenile section and cover a wide range of athletic disciplines.
