Long Run

Tuesday 13th

5x800m with 3 min recovery

Thursday 15th

Group 1 - 1x1k+2x2k and Group 2 - 1x1k+2x1200

Sunday 18th 

 

Long Run for those not racing

Tuesday 20th

3x1min, 2x2min, 2x3min, 2x4min, 2x3min, 2x2min & 3x1min with 45 sec recovery between each one.

Thursday 22nd

Group 1 - 3x2k and Group 2 - 2x1ks+1x2k

Saturday 24th

Shanganagh Parkrun

Sunday 25th

Long Run

Tuesday 27th

7x90sec with reducing recoveries - 90 sec, 75 sec, 60 sec, 45 sec, 30 sec and 15 sec

Thursday 29th

Back in the Park

Group 1 - 50 min Jog  and Group 2 - 50 min jog
