Kilbride (Co Meath) 5k

Race date: Tuesday 12th June 2012.

There was also the option of running a10k. The evening was cool and damp, quite good conditions for racing.  A low key race, with around 200 taking part.  The organisation, stewarding etc. was 1st class.  The course was very good, slight incline at the start but nice flat country roads for the rest of the 5k.  Hot showers and plenty of refreshments after the race.  Would recommend this race to anyone looking for a nice 5 or 10k without the usual hustle and bustle of some of the bigger races.  Richard
