Training

Training will continue this Tuesday from 6.50-8pm for all athletes, meeting by the astro pitch in Shanganagh park.

Next week’s Tuesday training i.e. October 1st will be returning to Woodbrook College from 6.50 8.00pm.

Thursday training will be on the promenade in Bray, meeting at the boathouse coffee shop 7-8pm (Southern end of the prom).  This session is open to all athletes born in 2007 or earlier.

This week’s Sunday run with Inbhear Dee will be on home ground in Shanganagh Park meeting at the main gates at 9.20am for a 9.30am start.  With only a week to go to the first cross-country race of the season it is important that as many of our athletes turn out as possible. This is open to anyone running U12's and up.  There will be a 30 minute run for the younger athletes and a 45 min run for the older athletes (with a warm-up and warm down). It is important for all athletes to take part in at least one of the weekly Thursday or Sunday runs in addition to the Tuesday training.

For our younger athletes we would encourage you to take part in the junior parkrun (2km) held at 9.30am each Sunday morning in the Peoples Park in Bray.
