Well done to Ashling Smith who was 2nd woman home in the Galway Resolution 5k, which took place on New Years Day. Ashling ran an excellent new Pb of 19.16. In the same race, our good friend, Ian Egan ran 17.23 and was first in his age category
Our Club was founded in 1983 primarily as a marathon running club, however over the years we have introduced a juvenile section and cover a wide range of athletic disciplines.
