Well done to all Bray Runners and our fellow Sli Cualann athletes who took part in the Frank Duffy 10ml on Saturday 26th Aug. Great times and Pbs recorded. Really great to see Helen Barry not only back racing but also winning her age category. Mark Duncan also had a great run, knocking over 3 minutes off his previous best.

Fine run from Ashling Smith at the Claregalway 10k on Saturday 26th Aug. Ashling, despite being in recovery mode since her return from European Masters, ran 42.22 to finish 5th woman home. At the Tara AC 5k  on Friday evening, 25th Aug, Richard Kavanagh ran 21.10 and won 0/60 cat. The race was won by Brian McCluskey, North East Runners, in 16.09.
