Fingal 10k 23rd July/ Dublin Graded T/T 19th July
Congratulations to all our athletes and friends who took part in the Fingal 10k on Sunday 23rd July. Excelent performances from all, numerous Pbs also. The race was won by John Coghlan, MSB, in a time of 30.38, with Gladys Ganiel, Belfast Harriers AC, first woman home in 35.33. Full results at http://www.tdleventservices.co.uk/

At the Dublin Graded T/F meeting on 19th July, Ashling Smith ran her final prep race before she heads to the European Masters T/F C/ships. Ashling, clearly in great form, once again broke her 1500mtr Pb, running an excellent 5min 4sec.
