Training Sessions 6th/12th March

                                                              Seniors.

Tuesday.. 7pm,  Shankill Church Carpark,   Jean's Group

Thursday... 7pm,, Shankill Church Carpark,  Fit4life Group.

Sunday..... 9am,  Shanganagh,   Front Gates, Andrea's Group.

 

                                    Juneniles.

Training goes ahead as normal this week 
 
Tuesday: 6:50pm - 8:00pm Woodbrook College. €1.
Friday: 7pm - 8:30pm at the track in Charlsland.
 
We will be changing the training locations around a little bit at the end of the month - so keep an eye out for those changes closer to the time.

Our Club was founded in 1983 primarily as a marathon running club, however over the years we have introduced a juvenile section and cover a wide range of athletic disciplines.
