The event is open to all runners, joggers and walkers and is chipped and timed. Online entry is open until midnight on September 2, while registration on the day will take place from 9 to 10 a.m. at Roundwood Parish Hall. The run will start at 10.30 a.m.

Online entry costs €20 while entry on the day will cost €25. To end the day on a high, there will be a barbecue and refreshments after the race.
