Details of the Sunday run will be posted on the What’s App groups this week. As we are not training on Thursday we would strongly encourage all those athletes taking part in the upcoming Leinsters and Nationals to do the Sunday run. The athletes doing this run regularly are showing their strength in the finishing stages of races, they are able to come through or hold their position in the closing stages.
