News Update 2ndApril

No weekend results to hand at the moment, please let us know if you raced over the weekend. On Wednesday 3rd April the Wicklow Road Race C/Ships take place. If you are not running please come along, if possible, and support your fellow athletes. Race starts at 7pm, in Ashford.

Mailing list;  If you are reading this, but are not receiving our weekly emails, you are not on the new mailing list. This may well be our fault or it may be yours, in any event we can sort it out as soon as we know there's a problem.

At the recent European Indoor Masters C/Ships, the Irish team won a total of 11 medals, 4 gold, 2 silver and 5 bronze. Shiela Champion, W75, won gold in the Javelin and Shot Putt.  Joe Gough, M60, West Waterford A.C, won gold in the 800mtrs in 2mins,14 sec, (new O/60 European indoor record) and gold in the 1500mtrs in a time of 4mins 47 sec.
